This is the very first sketch of our protagonist Pavanne that I ever did! It’s not that old, being from 2019, but I was juuuust having the inkling of a comic idea in my head, and didn’t know what direction the characters would take yet.
In the first draft, they were actually the villain – and looked a lot more monstrous, with pointy teeth (and maybe elf ears? Not sure what that was supposed to be.)
I ended up commissioning a local artist for the final color scheme and design, and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out!
